Revenue Sharing

  • Percentage of Revenue to be shared depends upon the Hotel / Resort brand. It could be 60:40 or 55:45 or 50:50.
  • Staff Remuneration expenses (salary, service charge, end of contract payment, Incentives, visa cost and air ticket etc.) are undertaken by the Operator.
  • Products and consumable accessory is taken by the Operator
  • Marketing & PR, collaterals expenses will be shared by both as per the percentage of revenue share.
  • Staff facility expenses (Staff food, accommodation, transportation and Health Insurance or health benefits) will be provided by the Investors (Hotel / Resort).
  • Building Space, Spa machinery, equipment and Spa linen expenses and maintenance of the Spa area will be provided by Investors.
  • Operator will actively manage the daily operations of the Spa.
